Fifteen hours of continuing
education are required every two years for anyone licensed less than 10
years. After 10 years, the requirement
is reduced. For a salesperson working
in residential sales, the 15 hours must include at least 3 hours of legislative
updates and 1 ½ hours of Fair Housing.
No more than 6 hours may be in any one category.
